I’ll say that the exchange process did work in the end, and I’m happy I finally got a pair of glasses that fits better. That said, it wasn’t the smoothest experience, responses took a few days, and I had to follow up once to keep things moving. Still, everything got resolved eventually, so I appreciate that they made it right.

I wasn’t expecting much because I usually don’t trust customer service to be all that helpful if something goes wrong, but the shipping was surprisingly fast. My glasses showed up in just two days, which was impressive.

I felt like the price was fair, honestly. It didn’t come across as cheap junk or anything, but it also didn’t feel like I was getting overcharged. I was kind of comparing it in my head to other stuff I’ve bought, and yeah, I’m happy with what I paid. No big regrets there.

They’re super light, and they don’t do that annoying thing where they press on your nose after a while, which I was kind of worried about. The sun protection is better than I expected. I also like that they fit in my small bag without taking up much room. Delivery was totally fine too. Overall, really happy I got them.
